James is an accomplished and driven leader with over two decades of successful digital and traditional creative and technical execution. He has executive level experience in Account, Product and Project Management in Casino, Lottery, Entertainment, Technology, B2B, Aviation, Promotions and Consumer Product. He is also an award winning creative director in both digital and traditional creative. James designed the user interface for aviation electronics used by commercial airline pilots every day. He is the visionary and architect of many small to large-scale web sites, apps, media campaigns, promotional campaigns, email and mobile (SMS) campaigns and content management systems for companies such as McDonald’s, Disney, Pop Secret, Emerald Foods, Comcast, Claire’s, Intel, Motorola, Honeywell, HBO, Homeland Security, and many others. James has worked for agencies like OH Partners, Real World, Nomadic, PrizeLogic, ListEngage and Bonneville International. He has worked directly with clients such as Apple, L3 Harris, Mars Advertising, HUGE, 22 Squared, Hulu, Airbus, Boeing, Margaritaville, Absolut, Bacardi’s, Acura, Sony Pictures and many more.

Born and raised in the Chicago area, Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from Loyola University Chicago, where he majored in Management Information Systems and Entrepreneurship. Jeff brings a wealth of corporate experience as an executive of a Fortune 50 energy company and nearly twenty years in business as an entrepreneur. He has built and scaled three of his own seven-figure service companies and a successful consulting company. Drawing on his experience in helping several thousand entrepreneurs launch and grow companies over the years, Jeff is passionate about the opportunity to give business owners a new lease on life. His goal is to help owners build companies that work — so they, themselves, don’t have to work so much.

Garret excelled in various jobs where managers encouraged his natural aptitude for consulting. Eventually in demand, his keen analytical skills combined with recommendations for growth and scalability drastically increased productivity for corporations such as Southwest Airlines and Verizon Wireless. In 2021, Garret united a group of like-minded creative problem solvers and business planning enthusiasts with over 100 years of B2B and B2C combined expertise who have helped launch, renovate, and scale hundreds of successful brands and businesses now form The Firebrand Agency: a results-driven consulting company specializing in Disruption Marketing and helping businesses of all sizes — from those just starting up to those scaling or planning to sell — by maximizing their revenues from 10-20x.
