We worked with Bliss to identify what customers want from their spa and beauty experience. New offerings such as “Fuzz-Off” and an expanded range of premium products drove new value creation and amplified the reimagined brand.
John was approached by the creators of AMC’s The Pitch to compete for Bliss as a potential new client. Asked to create a campaign for the company’s “Fuzz Off” facial hair remover, He presented a print and social media campaign, “Get the Fuzz Out of Here,” that reinforced the company’s playful nature – leading to victory over the opposing agency.
