James is the visionary and architect of many small to large-scale web sites, apps, media campaigns, promotional campaigns, email and mobile (SMS) campaigns and content management systems for companies such as McDonald’s, Disney, Pop Secret, Emerald Foods, Comcast, Claire's, Intel, Motorola, Honeywell, Department of Homeland Security, and many others.

James leads the creative vision and technical development of the agency’s projects. James is responsible for shaping the agency’s creative direction while overseeing the design, development, and execution of digital products. He works closely with clients, creative teams, and developers to ensure the delivery of innovative, high-quality solutions that meet client needs and push creative boundaries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Leadership: Define and drive the agency’s creative vision, ensuring all projects align with client objectives while maintaining the agency’s unique creative voice.
  • Design and Development Oversight: Lead the design and development teams, overseeing the creation of digital products from concept to execution. Ensure a seamless integration of design, user experience, and technical requirements.
  • Innovation and Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the agency at the forefront of creative and technical innovation. Integrate new ideas and solutions into client projects.
  • Collaboration with Clients: Work directly with clients to understand their needs, provide creative solutions, and deliver on expectations. Present concepts, prototypes, and final designs to clients, ensuring alignment and satisfaction.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of designers and developers, fostering creativity, collaboration, and professional growth.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest quality standards across all creative and development work, maintaining consistency and excellence across deliverables.
  • Problem Solving: Address complex creative and technical challenges, providing strategic solutions that enhance both design and functionality.
