Facing new threats from mass and online competitors, an aging fleet of stores, inconsistent customer experience and low brand loyalty. The mission was to define a clear brand purpose and align customer experience. We worked with Walgreens to reposition and refresh the brand, define and execute America’s largest loyalty program, integrate with Duane Reade and systematically create brand momentum and performance improvement. Tasked with developing the name, the logo and the branding components to launch this powerful new program in all 10,000 stores nationwide.
