Chelo is responsible for optimizing and overseeing the agency's day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, and aligning operational goals with the agency’s broader strategy. Reporting to the CEO, Chelo works closely with senior leaders to drive operational excellence, streamline processes, and improve the agency’s overall performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement operational strategies to support agency growth. Collaborate with the executive team to align operational goals with the agency’s vision.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to workflows, automation, and efficiency across all functions.
- Financial Oversight: Manage operational budgets and expenses, working with the finance team to ensure cost-effective operations without compromising quality.
- Client Delivery: Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and client satisfaction. Ensure high-quality service delivery and resolve operational issues that impact client relationships.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor operational teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Oversee recruitment and talent development efforts.
- Technology and Systems: Ensure the agency’s systems and technologies are up-to-date and scalable to meet business needs.
- Risk and Compliance: Ensure legal and regulatory compliance, manage risks, and implement business continuity strategies.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
