  • Financial Management: Monitor the agency’s financial health, approve budgets, and ensure profitability. Work closely with the CFO to track financial performance and ensure sustainable growth.
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the executive team and employees. Foster a positive work environment that promotes creativity, collaboration, and innovation. Oversee talent development and ensure the right team is in place to achieve agency objectives.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage potential risks to the agency's success. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Regularly report to the Board of Directors on the agency's performance, progress on strategic goals, and key challenges.
