A new website with integrated e-commerce and class scheduling for a Phoenix-based weapons safety training company serving security professionals.
SSI Weapons Training provides state-required safety and certification courses for security professionals in Phoenix. Their students need to find the right class, confirm their eligibility, pay, and register — all before showing up. The old website made none of that easy.
We built a new site organized entirely around the student journey. The classes page was redesigned to clearly show available courses, dates, requirements, and pricing at a glance. E-commerce was integrated so students could pay and register online without making a phone call.
The class scheduling system was the core technical challenge — it needed to handle recurring course dates, seat limits, and confirmation emails without requiring constant manual updates from the SSI team. Once live, it immediately reduced administrative overhead and increased conversions. Students could find exactly what they needed and enroll in minutes.
